Our crime department is headed up by Hinesh Bhayani, Director, and assisted by his paralegal, Pooja Kaur. Hinesh has over 20 years of experience covering all aspects of Criminal Law, motoring offences and he is LLB Law qualified, member of the duty solicitor scheme regulated by the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) and Solicitors Regulations Authority. He is also a Road Traffic Law specialist and Higher Court Advocate. Hinesh provides private or legal aid services based upon your individual circumstances subject to a means and merit assessment.
