Hinesh Bhayani (Director/Solicitor)
Hinesh is the Head of Crime and has specialised in the area of Criminal Defence since qualification in 2004. He obtained his law degree in 1999 and qualified as a Higher Court Advocate in 2009 for all criminal proceedings. Hinesh is also a Duty Solicitor (for police station and Magistrates Court) and regularly provides representation in the Youth, Magistrates and Crown Court. Hinesh also provides advice and assistance at the police station.
Pooja Kaur
Pooja joined Defence Law Ltd in around 2015 and is an experienced Paralegal who provides support to the Crime Team in relation to all types of criminal matters. Pooja has obtained a law degree and completed the Legal Practice Course.
Rima Bhayani
Rima has been the office manager since 2022. She manages the case management system and the administration of the firm.
