Dangerous driving and theft from a motor vehicle
D was charged with dangerous driving and theft of items from a motor vehicle. The issue for trial was that of identification.

D disputed that the individual on CCTV footage was D and the matter proceeded to trial.

On the day of the trial, a successful legal argument was made by our solicitor highlighting the Prosecution’s failure to comply with the disclosure of material. The Prosecution were subsequently forced to offer no evidence against D.
